Thank you for your support and contributions to the Orange County Financial Society. We appreciate your generosity and commitment to our mission. This No Refund Policy outlines our policy regarding refunds for donations, membership fees, and other contributions made to OCFS.
1. Donations
All donations made to OCFS are non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge that:
Donations to OCFS are voluntary and made without expectation of any goods or services in return.
Donations cannot be canceled or returned once they have been processed.
OCFS is a non-profit organization, and your contributions directly support our programs and services.
2. Membership Fees
All membership fees paid to OCFS are non-refundable. This policy applies to both new memberships and renewals. By paying your membership fee, you acknowledge that:
Membership fees are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Membership benefits and privileges are available to you for the duration of your membership period, but no portion of the fee will be refunded if you choose to terminate your membership before the end of the period.
3. Event Registrations
Payments for event registrations organized by OCFS are non-refundable. By registering for an event, you acknowledge that:
All event registration fees are final and cannot be refunded.
If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another individual, provided you notify us in advance and receive our approval for the transfer.

In rare and exceptional circumstances, OCFS may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
